As far as fans know, both Janelle and Meri Brown still own chunks of the land despite no longer being with Kody. Moreover, fans don’t believe Janelle has waivered from her desire to live on the property despite no longer being with Kody.
In fact, previews confirm Kody and Janelle will clash over Coyote Pass during Season 18.
Now, one interesting fan theory that has popped up since Kody lost all of his wives was the plan to build five lots anyway.
Fans proposing this speculated Kody and Robyn planned to build a house for each of their children. And, each of Robyn’s children would have their own home and a chunk of land to call their own.
As far as fans know, all of Robyn and Kody’s children still live at home. This included Dayton who lives in an RV on the property.

Speaking to The Sun, an inside source close to the family shares Kody and Robyn’s plans for Coyote Pass. Presently, Robyn and Kody Brown are not in talks to start building on the property.
The source explains the family already paid a sizable chunk for the property and building on it is an expensive venture. Likewise, the source clarifies the family must agree before moving forward with any building.
At this time, Meri Brown does own a chunk of land. But, she has no plans to build either. This insider continued to spill that Meri has no desire to live anywhere near Kody as they are not together anymore.
Presently, Janelle Brown is the only one with any plans or desires to live on the property. Prior to splitting up with Kody, Janelle was the only one who showed an interest in living on the property.
As fans know, Christine Brown is not part of this picture anymore. Fans hope she won’t sway Janelle away from her dreams to build on the property.
