Fans’ve Figured Out Why Robyn Doesn’t Allow TLC’s Cameras in Her Home, Secret Unleashed!

Sister Wives star Robyn Brown appears unhappy in the scenes that feature her in the trailer for Season 19 of the TLC series. This behavior is just more of the same for the fans. But if you look closely at a fleeting scene void of Robyn, this reveals an embarrassing secret to fans.

If you remember, during the last season of the TLC series, Robyn wouldn’t let the cameras into her home. If the Sister Wives’ spouses decided to meet at Robyn’s place, they all sat outside. Even on the coldest days they sat outside. One scene showed Meri getting so chilly, that Robyn needed to get Kody’s coat for her to wrap herself in.

Robyn’s reluctance to invite Meri and TLC’s camera crews inside her home has ignited a debate among Sister Wives viewers, with some guessing that COVID-19 was a factor or possibly a messy house.

Now, they have an interesting new theory to explain Robyn’s unwillingness.

Sister Wives viewers think Robyn and Kody Brown are keeping TLC’s cameras out of their home to hide their assets

In a Reddit post shared earlier this week, a Sister Wives viewer uploaded a screenshot from a preview of the Sunday, September 10 episode.

In the clip, filmed on Christmas morning, Kody and some of his and Robyn’s kids walked into the living room to see what Santa had left under the tree.

The still shot showed an array of large pieces of artwork hanging on the walls behind Kody, Aurora, Breanna, and Ariella.

According to the Redditor’s research, Russian artist Vladimir Kush crafted the paintings, which are valued at nearly $20,000 in total. Also included in the post were some photos of Kush’s other artwork from his online art gallery.

“And that’s just one wall in the house,” they wrote in the caption.

Other Sister Wives viewers began putting two and two together and speculated that Robyn and Kody’s expensive artwork is the reason they haven’t allowed TLC’s cameras inside their home so far this season because they don’t want everyone to see how much they’ve spent on decorating their home.

“This is why R & K don’t want cameras in this house,” commented one Sister Wives viewer. “Because when the lawsuit happens over money – they couldn’t deny the possessions in the house.”

Another Sister Wives detective surmised that Kody and Robyn are “hiding money from the others via artwork,” with “the others” being Meri, Janelle, and Christine.

“No wonder Robin does not allow filming at her house,” wrote another Redditor. “I hope the other wives discover this post.”

So, you might think she would consider all those negative comments from last season before inviting the cameras back in. Or simply… clean it up. But from the background in this new season, as you can see from the screenshot with Meri below, stuff is still strewn around. It’s not piled neatly. Instead, it looks as if they just plopped stuff down all over the table.

Is Robyn a Hoarder?

Some Sister Wives suggested Robyn Brown could be a hoarder. This became a debate online after the cameras picked up the discombobulation at her house during the holiday filming. The new preview video only shows a few seconds of this.

But it’s likely there’s more filming inside the house besides what the preview shows. After all, Meri finally made it in the door and out of the cold.

But, fans are amazed that Robyn Brown didn’t heed the past comments as warnings to clean up for this season. Hearing fans talk about the mess would likely cause embarrassment to most people.

So some Sister Wives fans suggest Robyn’s secret is out. After seeing the same messy situation, it seems she doesn’t care about the humiliating comments slamming her lack of housekeeping abilities.

But, some also suggest that Robyn Brown is only one of five adults in that house. Her three oldest children are over 18. And of course, there’s also Kody Brown. So, some fans argue that Robyn Brown’s messy secret needs to fall on all five adults under that roof.

That said, when Sister Wives returns with Season 19 next month, fans of the TLC show will keep an eye on the background of the scenes at Robyn Brown’s house.  Season 19 rolls out on TLC, on Sunday, September 15, at 10 pm.
