The couple has been hinting for weeks that they were both ready for marriage again.
Fans were thrilled for her, but what was bizarre is that it appears that she didn’t tell any of the Brown ex-wives until they made the announcement on social media.
Not only did this blindside them, but it turns out that this announcement sucker-punched her ex-husband, Kody Brown.
Christine Brown’s Very Exciting News
This week, Christine Brown was filled with happiness and love as David proposed to her.
The engagement came shortly after she told her fans that she was “ready for marriage.” Janelle Brown was quick to tell her bestie congrats as soon as the engagement post went up.
With all of the congrats and love thrown their way, The Sun reported that a source close to the Browns wanted to share Kody’s feelings bout the engagement.
They told The Sun, “Kody and sister wives found out about the news at the same time as everyone else. I have not heard that she went and personally contacted anybody.
Her kids most likely were the only ones who knew ahead of time. I don’t see her telling anybody about an announcement before she posts. She’s never been that way. She just doesn’t care. Like, it’s her moment to shine.”
Of course, fans also noticed that Janelle may have shown support for Christine online. More so, the source claimed that Janelle wasn’t all that supportive in real life.
