General Hospital spoilers say that the Emma that we knew in the past is certainly not the same Emma that we are about to see again.

General Hospital Spoilers: Emma Is Becoming A Trouble Maker
Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, Brooklyn said that she’s very excited to be back on the set of the hit ABC soap.
She also said that after she read her script, she enjoyed the fact that her character Emma has changed so much since the last time everyone saw her.
Now, whether or not that is a good or bad thing, fans will soon find out. However, Brooklyn did have this to offer, “I’m kind of more mature [as Emma] and they made me really smart, actually.
It was cool to play a smarter character and to [find out] she’s working in a lab, since that’s something I obviously want to do in real life. It was just cool to see how they’re developing Emma’s character. She’s not that different, but she has evolved from when she was little.”
Brooklyn went on to say that while it has been a long time since she had been in front of the cameras, it didn’t take long for her to get back into her soap opera routine.
She also said that she was more excited than nervous to be back and that’s mostly because the soap has been more like a home away from home for her.
General Hospital Spoilers: What’s Next For Emma?
The actress said, “I’ve only had positive experiences there and obviously I’m a little nervous because I want to show [my colleagues] that I could still [do well] on the show and I don’t want to let anyone down.
But I know that they’ll be supportive; everyone there is so supportive and nice and they all encourage me and help me along and give me advice when we’re running scenes on the side. They’re so helpful, it makes it not a very anxious environment.”
