Laura, looking beautiful as ever, took to her Twitter account to write, “I had a great Sunday !!! I hope you all did too. Big love and let’s kick ass this week!!! #grateful”
Of course, it didn’t take long at all for her fans and her followers to comment on her photo, too. Many of them wrote, “I’m glad that you had a great day! Mine was okay! It got better when my baby girl came to visit, I got lots of hugs & kisses! She’s 30 but always my baby girl!” along with, “Yeah I can’t wait to see what’s going to happen on GH this week hope it’s good been watching a long time on and off started when I was in kindergarten my mom would watch it until she passed away in May.”
Another fan wrote, “Yes I had a wonderful Sunday!! Wonderful church services, great friends to hang out with !! Life is good God is Great!!”
Late last year, Laura reminisced about her first days in Port Charles. “My first day, I had to work all day long, in full makeup,” Laura recalled to Soaps In Depth, “and you never saw anything but my hand. It was the train crash that everybody was in years ago. Don’t you love how, whenever there’s a crisis on the show, everyone’s there?”

Laura continued, “I was in shock because when I left GL, we didn’t have dress rehearsal anymore and just went straight to tape with one take. I got to General Hospital and we were shooting the crash ’til midnight. ‘What the hell? I thought those days were gone?’ I think the next day, you saw my face… but I don’t think I spoke yet.”
And as they say, the rest is history.
