Fans have watched Meri Brown transform in many aspects of her life since making her reality TV debut on Sister Wives in 2010. After raising the polygamous family’s kids and divorcing ex-husband Kody Brown, her most recent change has been her weight loss journey.

The TLC star shared a motivational message via Instagram in September 2024 alongside a full-body photo of herself in Tuachan, Utah. Meri displayed a genuine smile in the picture and fans noticed that she looked slimmer.

“You look fantastic! And more importantly, happy,” one fan wrote in the comments section of the post.

2010

During the Sister Wives series premiere, Meri and Kody prepped how he was going to tell their polygamous family’s kids that he was courting a new spiritual wife, Robyn Brown.

At the time Kody was legally married to Meri and spiritually married to Christine Brown and Janelle Brown – all of whom have separated from the polygamous family patriarch.

Meri looked radiant after facing a rough two years following her split from Kody at the beginning of 2023. In March 2024, Garrison Brown, Kody’s son with Janelle, died by suicide.

“Embracing life and all its experiences is what makes life good! Face life head-on, accept opportunities, plow through challenges, and create memorable moments,” the TV personality captioned the September Instagram post.

“It’s easy to get caught up in the mundane, regular things that happen in our day to day lives, and we forget to create the moments that bring us joy.

Take a moment, consider something a little out of the box from your norm, and do the thing that creates a beautiful memory.”

In the photo that accompanied the message, Meri looked noticeably slim and effortlessly happy.
