In the newly released Season 19 trailer, we get a front-row seat to the tension between Kody, 55, and Robyn, 45. Things aren’t looking good for the pair, who have been together for 14 years. Robyn’s raw confession to the camera says it all: “I feel like the idiot that got left behind.”

And it’s not just Robyn who’s feeling the strain. A source with insider knowledge of the TLC family spilled the tea to The U.S. Sun, revealing that the cracks in Kody and Robyn’s relationship are deepening by the day.
“Robyn and Kody are not doing well. They’ve been very unhappy. I mean, they’ve been unhappy since everything fell apart, but even more so now, it’s getting worse,” the source dished.
So, what’s driving this once-solid marriage to the brink? It turns out Kody’s attitude has taken a serious turn for the worse. The insider claims, “He’s just really mad at the world right now. He’s not who he used to be at all. He’s completely changed. He’s angry and he’s volatile, and he doesn’t like anybody that’s not worshiping him.”
Talk about a fall from grace. Kody’s transformation from family man to tyrant has reportedly pushed Robyn into a submissive role, a far cry from the vibrant woman she once was. The source explains that Kody’s “very controlling,” leading Robyn to retreat from her social life. Gone are the days when she’d chat with friends for hours—now, she’s stuck under Kody’s thumb.

Their once-loving relationship is now so strained that the source even compared Kody to Robyn’s ex-husband, David Preston Jessop—a man she left due to his abusive behavior.
